Position:HR Executive for US Process

Skill:Payroll, Attendance, HR GAMUT

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

On-boarding for all new placements, includes sub-contractors and employees.

Customer Service Maintenance for all placements which includes sub-contractors and employees, plus ongoing maintenance and relationship building

Maintaining communication with the contractors on timely basis through emails, phone calls and other mean of communications.

Involving in preparation of legal documents (Offer letters, term & conditions etc.,) as required.

Perform audits as directed by client requirements.

Act as main SPOC for all sub-contractors and employees

Strong knowledge in USA attendance, USA benefits, USA payroll etc.

Employment Verification preparing employment verification letters, conducting reference checks, etc.

Maintain employee database, including monitoring immigration components.

Communicate status updates to internal team mates.

Develop, maintain, and run reports.

Troubleshoot and escalate consultant issues as needed.

Maintain all the hiring reports

Maintain proper documentation

Responsible for employee engagement.
