Position: Hybris Developer (Certified)

Experience: 2+ Years

  • 2-5 years of successful (I.e., goal achievement) inside sales , outbound calling experience
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to take direction, instruction, and guidance from Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales and other (U.S.) sales executives
  • Fluent with technology – ability to understand Techwave solutions and deliverables
  • Ability to create a strong connection with the prospect
  • High level of energy, optimism , self-motivation and competiveness
  • Persuasive and persistent
  • Ability to research prospects, identify key decision makers and set up appointments for our sales team, especially: ability to qualify opportunities (e.g., asking open-ended questions, gauging prospect’s level of enthusiasm, etc.)
  • Self-starter / “Hunter” mentality
  • Excellent email and social media skills
  • Ability to execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads & drive new account acquisition
  • Nimble CRM system user experience a plus
