Leveraging SAP Carve-Out Archiving Solution for the Acquisition of Global Tech Distributor

Salesforce Web-to-Lead Popup

Summary

A USA-based Global Tech Distributor had sold one of its regional business units (North America-specific). After this divestiture, it became imperative for them to carve-out data for their acquiring company from their ECC instance.  Techwave played a crucial role in helping them build a standalone SAP instance to accomplish this. The instance separated their data from their divested division, delivered optimal performance, and offered an added advantage of a reduced-size database for their production ECC platform. The buying company also met its objectives, gaining read-only access to the display functions.
