Techwave®, a global leader in consulting, technology and next-generation services announced the launch of a joint Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) with global language services provider thebigword Group, at the Techwave campus in Hyderabad.
The centre focuses on digital transformation initiatives that are geared to deliver next-generation services, enhance subscriber experience, and improve operational efficiency across their entire portfolio. thebigword group will leverage the innovative digital sophistication and cloud technology services offered by Techwave.
The new center is a crucial step that will allow thebigword to develop more robust verticals to its core business model. Besides translation services, thebigword has solid plans to build new solutions that its clients can seamlessly use in their languages, a vision that will now be possible with this strategic partnership with Techwave.
Spearheading the new endeavor are thebigword’s Chief Information Officer, Mark Rice, and Techwave’s European Vice President, Murthy Maddali.
